Theresa

A certified licensed massage practitioner with over 8 years practical experience, Theresa has worked in various environments; as a spa staff practitioner, as an associate to chiropractic offices and with both corporate and private clients. A graduate of Ashmead College, she is also a certified reflexologist with considerable practice in deep tissue massage, Swedish Massage, hot stone massage, aroma therapy, and injury and sports massage. She specializes in working on the neck, hips and feet. With her extensive knowledge of the human body, Teresa takes great satisfaction in helping her clients achieve pain relief and seeing them regain their ability to enjoy life. Theresa’s personal interests include playing golf, hiking with her black lab and wine tasting with her husband. She maintains her interest in nutrition from her time as a food specialist with Federal Way and Bellevue school districts, and firmly believes a healthy diet is a key to good health. She and her husband split their time between Washington and Oregon and look forward to their future travels!
