Meditation Class – 10-11am – Four part meditation workshop – Debbie Dixon

Are you curious about meditation and all of its healing benefits?

Come explore how a meditation practice can change your life in our four-part meditation workshop.

  •  June 25th from 10am to 11am: We will explore the foundation of meditation, the science behind the meditation, and the benefits of meditation. There will be a 20 minute guided mediation.
  • July 2nd from 10am to 11am: We will continue to explore and practice three more meditation techniques. We will learn how to incorporate meditation into your daily life, living mindfully.  
  • July 9th from 10am to 11am: We will practice Yoga meditation and Yoga Nidra (Deep Sleep Meditation) and explore other aspects of meditation.
  • July 16th from 10am to 11am: We will discuss about the EGO, suffering, attachment and how meditation/mindfulness can help you overcome those hindrances.

Our class will be taught by Debbie Dixon, yoga instructor, author, and founder of Love is the Truth.  She will  be accepting donations for this class to benefit her foundation to help women in need.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign a release form.
