Self Defense Class – 10am-Noon – RSVP Required

This workshop is being offered as a community service and is free to all, however we respectfully request a donation of $10 which will go to Acres of Diamonds.

This hands-on workshop will guide you through methods to protect yourself. You will learn physical moves to help ensure personal safety at any physical level.

We also ask if possible to bring along a male friend who can act as your potential ‘attacker’, we do have a few male volunteers that assist with the workshop but extras are gladly welcomed!
